Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Sekret Services collects personal information solely to process orders, improve your shopping experience, and communicate about products and services. We never share your data with third parties without consent.

  • Data Collection: We collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order.
  • Usage: Your data is used solely for order processing, customer support, and marketing communications you opt into.
  • Security: All transactions are processed through 256-bit encrypted payment gateways (PhonePe). We do not store card details on our servers.
  • Third Parties: We only share data with Shiprocket (logistics) and PhonePe (payments) as required for order fulfillment.
  • Your Rights: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@sekretservices.com.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (₹99 for orders below ₹999).
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (₹249).
  • Tracking: A tracking link via Shiprocket is sent to your email and phone once your order ships.
  • Serviceable Areas: We currently deliver across India. International shipping coming soon.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Process: Initiate a return from your Orders page or contact support@sekretservices.com.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PhonePe / UPI / Card).
  • Exchanges: For size exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.
  • Non-Returnable: Innerwear, swimwear, and customized items are not eligible for return.

  • By using Sekret Services, you agree to these terms.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST 18%) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse of coupon codes.
  • Product images are representative. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Your account credentials are your responsibility. Do not share login details.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
